Bio Data Restoration Instructions: Due to the large number of data restoration requests, we now charge small fees to restore your data.  Please make sure that your spam/junk mail  filters will allow the data to get to your inbox before you ask us restore your data!  We are not responsible for your email settings and therefore we are not responsible for any emails blocked by your spam filters.  These tips may help you fix your junk/spam mail filters: http://www.stlwed.com/bio/builder/biohelp/faqs_saving_reloading.html#MissingEmail    We use PayPal to collect the fees.  When you finish making the payment via PayPal you will be redirected back to STLWed where you fill out a form giving us as much info as possible about your bio so that we can find your missing data.   There are two separate fees depending on what you need restored. If you saved your data via email last time but never received (because it was trapped by your spam/junk mail filters) or perhaps you deleted the email by accident, we should have a backup copy of your last saved data.  We charge $2 to retrieve your last saved data from our server and resend it. Use PayPal to submit your $2 payment now If you did not save your data via email last time, then we will not have a backup copy of your data to resend. If you still have the HTML code (note: we can use the HTML code from your current bio) we can recreate your missing bio data by hand.  Recreating data by hand is time consuming so we charge $10 for this service. Use PayPal to submit your $10 payment now Notes about data restoration refunds:  in the event that you did not save your data via email last time, you have two options.  If you want to start over on your own, we will refund $1 and keep $1 as payment for taking the time to look for your data.  If you want us to recreate your data by hand from the existing HTML code in your bio, we will keep the original $2 payment and send you a bill for $8 more to cover the $10 data recreation fee.
