Next, email your Bio Builder Data to yourself
(this will prevent you from re-entering all of your data the next time you want
to update your bio)
If you've already saved your Bio Builder Data from a previous session
(like in the email mentioned above, or from a text file saved on your computer)
Paste it into Your Saved Bio Data to re-load all of your previous information.
