Bio Builder Pros:
- This tool is SUPER EASY and can help even a Beginner Create and
Update a Fabulous Bio with Borders, Background Images, Image Slideshows, and much more
by simply filling in the blanks on a form.
- This tool will let you Save your Information via Email and then
Reload it for future Edits... Saving you a lot of time.
- Since your Saved Information is not your actual HTML code, if
the site hosting your bio changes it's format, we can update our
tools to work with the new format. In plain English this means
that the next time you reload your saved data and regenerate your
HTML code it will still look great with the new format... you won't
have to change a thing making bios fool proof for most users.
(Note it may take us a few weeks to update the tool whenever formats
change, if you notice something changes the faster you
let us know
the faster we can react and fix it).
Bio Builder Cons:- While the Bio Builder will let you Create and Update/Edit your
bio, the Bio Editor gives you more control over the content of your bio.
However, if there's something new you'd like to add to your bio
(that the current Bio Builder doesn't let you do)
please let us know.
We may be able to add the new option as an enhancement to the Builder.

Bio Editor Pros:
- This tool gives you complete control over your bio.
It's a lot like editing a document in Word. You can copy and
paste or drag and
drop items around to reposition them in your bio. It's a
Visual 'What You See is What You Get' (WYSIWYG) Bio Editing tool.
- This tool will let you load an Existing Bio via HTML code, or
start from scratch with a new Template Bio.
- This tool will let you Save your HTML code via Email and then
Reload it for future Edits... Saving you a lot of time.
Bio Editor Cons:- The Editor is a large application and
takes a long time to download. This program is NOT recommended for
users with slow internet connections. It must download many
individual files to run successfully on your computer. If you try to use this
program while too many other visitors are accessing the stlwed
server, it could malfunction if/when one of the files fails to download.
Note: if you see an error when you first load the page, click the refresh button,
often giving your machine a chance to redownload ALL of the files will fix the problem.
This is a free service, and we do have bandwidth limitations.
- While the Bio Editor will let you
have full control over your bio it may give you just enough rope
to hang yourself. We recommend the Bio Editor for Advanced
Users who may have outgrown the Bio Builder (maybe you need room
for more pictures, or something else that the original Bio
Builder format would not allow) or for people who just don't
like filling in forms (like the one used in the Bio Builder).
- Since you Save Your actual HTML code, if the site hosting
your bio changes it's format, you are on your own to find out
what they changed and fix your HTML to work with the new format.
