Produce Quality & Selection: Aldi or Fresh Thyme

Which has better quality for the price and selection, Fresh Thyme or Aldi?
Danny: [after a boy goes missing at Yankee Stadium] This would've never happened at Shea.
Vivian: It's so sad how bitter Mets fans are.

Fresh Tyme has better selection, but I feel like they both can be hit or miss in terms of quality.

I agree, although Fresh Thyme is probably a bit more consistent with quality. Both probably have equal organic/non-organic. Fresh Thyme is also generally more $$

I feel like Fresh Thyme has the better and more consistent selection. Aldi seems much more variable to me in terms of what they have. Pricing at Aldi is better though.

I've only been to Fresh Thyme a couple of times, so I can't really speak to that. But, I can tell you the quality of produce varies from Aldi to Aldi. I usually shop at Des Peres and it has good selection/quality. I've been to Ballwin a couple times recently since they remodeled and the quality is not near as good. It's closer for me but I'm going to keep going to Des Peres. It's not nearly as busy either. I think you're in my area now...so thought I'd share that info. I like the Des Peres location anyway. I can hit Aldi and then TJ's on the way home if I need something there. It makes a nice loop. :)

I shop Aldi more often because there are 2 within about ten minutes of me. However, I prefer Fresh Thyme for their selection and definitely the quality. I don't like the 20+ minute drive, especially because it isn't in a direction I typically ever go.
