Insert anchor button TOC

This button opens a new window with the insert/edit anchor function.

Anchor dialog/window

An anchor is used to mark a particular location on a webpage.  Once you have marked a location with an anchor you can insert a link to that anchor location with the insert link button.  There is one field in this window, this is where you enter the name of you anchor location. Remember the anchor name needs to be unique.
